buying a home, wonder if I should be concerned with radon level

I am in the process of buying a home that is three years old. We had the home tested for radon and a level of 4.5 was found. Everything I read says if it is 4 or higher to have it fixed. Is this true? Would anyone go through the process to have it fixed at this level?
